Wish You Were Here will be closed from June 23, 2008 until July 1, 2008

We will reopen on July 2nd at 7 a.m.

We will be open on July 4th from 7 a.m. until noon

March 2008 - Yeehah! We finally have reached the modern age.
New computer system is installed. We also serve locally roasted coffee.

December 2007 - We have stopped serving fountain soda so as to offer a healthier menu. Thank you for supporting us through all our changes!

November 2007 - Thank You, Lancaster County
for voting us #1 favorite restaurant for breakfast!

Now serving cage-free eggs and organic tofu!

October 2007 - We start our new hours and
roll out a new user-friendly menu

August 31, 2005 - We are featured in an article in the New Era

December 2004 - Closed for renovations.
Construction on downstairs dining room and we rebuilt our storeroom to meet Health Department standards. Painted the kitchen, too!

November 2004 - We are voted #2 as Lancaster's Favorite Restaurant

October 2003 - We start table service on the weekdays

September 2003 - Patio opens.
New menu offered

December 2003 - Open on Tuesdays for breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon
for holiday shopping

July 2003 - New chairs arrive for the front dining room.
Outside patio area is refenced and furnished with cast iron patio furniture.

November 2002 - We are voted #2 as Lancaster's Favorite Restaurant
for Breakfast

October 2002 - We start table service on the weekends

September 16, 2002 - We paint the dining room floor

July 22 & 23, 2002 - We have central air conditioning installed on
the two main floors of the restaurant

July 4th Week, 2002 - We install wainscotting in main dining room

September 26, 2001 - Wish You Were Here reopens under new management

September 13, 2001 - Wish You Were Here is sold to
Joseph L. Clark and Robin A. Murphy
